What meter model, serial number, and firmware version are you connecting to the software?
Please send the program logs. You can find them by accessing the program settings.
In the program menu, go to the "Configuration catalog"
Please send all the files from the catalog.
Please also attach screenshots of the device and Windows data.
Furthermore, please provide screenshots of the encountered errors.
If you have the file that was downloaded from the meter, please attach it too.
