How to update meter drivers on Windows 10?
Tutaj procedura jest opisana dla OR-1. W przypadku innego urządzenia należy zmienić nazwy.

Please follow these instructions.
1. Install the latest Sonel Reader version: https://www.sonel.pl/en/product/free-software-sonel-reader/. Sonel Reader includes drivers to all our equipment, so it will have the latest OR-1 driver, too.
2. Connect OR-1 to the computer (USB)
3. Open “Device manager” on your computer
4. In “Device manager” drop down tab “Ports (COM and LPT)” and open properties of “OR-1”
5. In the properties window of OR-1 go to “Driver” tab and choose “Uninstall device”
6. A warning message will appear. Choose “Remove the driver software for this device” and press “Uninstall” button
7. When the uninstallation process is finished, the “Device manager” will refresh. At that moment you need to disconnect OR-1 from the USB port of the computer.
8. Wait a few seconds and connect the OR-1 to the USB of the computer again. The “Device manager” window will refresh again.
9. The device (OR-1) will appear in “Device manager”, under tab “Ports (COM and LPT)” as a “USB serial device”
10. Open its properties window, go to tab “Driver” and choose “Update driver”
11. Update window will open. In this window choose option “Browse my computer for driver software”
12. When the system goes to the next window, in the “Search for drivers in this location” section, select the folder in which SonelReader is installed and select the “Include subfolders” option, and then click Next.
13. When Windows finishes installing the drivers, the following message will appear: “Windows has successfully updated the drivers”.
14. After closing the window, “Device Manager” will refresh again and OR-1 will appear in the “Ports (COM and LPT)” tab.
