What version of the Sonel Reports Plus program do you have?
What meter model, serial number, and firmware version are you connecting to the software?
Please send the program logs. You can find them by accessing the program settings.
In the program options, go to the Administration tab and select "Open software data catalog"
Please send all the files from the catalog.
Please also attach screenshots of the device and Windows data.
Furthermore, please provide screenshots of the encountered errors.
